AS7 pro: help doesn't show up

I'm using AS 7 pro and Mac OS 10.6.4.
Help or the quick start tutorial don't show up here when I select them in the help menue. The quick start tutorial doesn't show up when I select it in the welcome screen either.
This makes it somewhat difficult to explore the new features...
