When i say something write it then make it to a .dat when i go into Moho it doesn't say the whole sentance only the first part.

By default, a new animation project in Moho lasts only 72 frames. If your sound lasts longer than that, only the first 72 frames will play back. To play back the whole thing, you need to set a longer duration for your animation - to do this, select the File->Project Settings menu command. In the dialog that appears, you can set the end frame to something higher than 72.
