In order to simplify the hand animation, I've made this:

These are an attempt of a 3/4 hand, later I'll try some other orientations.

I used only bones, animated layer order and vectors layer to make it.
I think It can be done better whit Masking, but I NEVER unsterstood how it works...
Someone can teach me?

It's a good attempt. I don't know what exactly you mean with masking. Maybe it can be applied to a hand in a way I haven't seen. Anyway, you can search for masking on forum, there are several thread explaining it.
About turning hand, I always like Vern's hand rig using a switch layer.
Anyway, I recommend you to look at mandcon arm rig. He has a very clever solution for joints which can be used even for fingers.

I don't know if ASdebut has limited that feature. Anyway, searching screenshots it looks like the same that on pro. Be sure you are on a bone layer and using the bone selection tool. On the top of the screen (above the menu) you will find "bone constraints" button. click it and it will open a little window with the controls.

I see the controls but i'm unable to change them.

Oh, I see, you must first name the bone. Select the forearm bone and type "forearm" on the text box which is at left of "bone constraints" button. then press enter. This way you assigned a name to that bone.

Anyway, I recommend you to go to preferences and check "auto-name bones and shapes". This way your bones will always have a name (actually a number assigned) so this can make things simple. However, you can change the name of any bone anytime you want.

You must have another bone. select that other bone and assign a control to it.

The Larry Hand is very good, I have to try that tecnique.
For the bending, I've already developed mine, but it still need work for some translation, like forward pointing from front view (For example, a character in front view who give hand to another)

Yes Ty, I figured it out. This save me from having to move the elbow bone manually :D
