What audio files does Anime Studio Debut 6 support? Every time I try to import my own audio it tells me it does not support the file. I've saved the audio in both mp3 and wav. format, and neither work. I've looked at the default sounds, and they're all in wav. format and work fine, so I'm extremely confused. Thank you for the help.

Try to resample the audio files with Audacity using different bit rates.

...and use Audacity to compare one of the sample WAV files with your own WAV files, to find out what's different. In particular, check sample rate...maybe Anime Studio only supports 44.100 kHz (I haven't confirmed this).

...and there must NOT be any non-English characters in the sound file's name/path, including such system folder names like "My Documents", "Desktop", or "New folder" (in not-English versions of Windows those folders have different names).

uhm, how do I use audacity to do that? I've read some things, but it says there's some button labeled options that I can use when I export it, but I have no such button.

Are you using Mac or Windows?
If you're just comparing settings then both Quicktime (load the file and select Window > Show Movie Inspector) and iTunes (select the file and select File > Get Info) allow you to see any settings that are different between your files.
I never used Audacity much, but this seems to work on my ancient (Mac) copy:
1) Drag audio file into Audacity.
2) Make sure your Project Rate (Hz) value is set to 44100 (this may be the problem with AS importing your audio).
3) Choose File > Export.
4) In the Export File dialog, press Options button (I see it on my version).
5) Try exporting a variety of files, and seeing if any work.
If you don't have the button then I don't know what to suggest, Audacity-wise.

I looked at the bit rate of one of the default sounds in Anime Studio(I finally figured out how) and it was 44100 Hz, but so was my own sound file. So, bit rate/Hz isn't the problem then.
