I made an animation from bitmap pictures, only the background was drawn as a colored rectangle, see here (67 Kb). The Moho project is stored in a zip archive, which can be downloaded here.

The subject is a snake, which falls in love with an apple, in under 4 seconds.

I do like the style, with the texture and depth. Thanks for sharing!

Here's a tip: instead of adding a colored rectangle for the background, you can just change the background color using the File->Project Settings menu command.
