Illustrator imports appear in odd scale

I've been experimenting with importing AI files.

I've set dimensions in Moho projects setting equal to AI paper size in pixels, yet when I import the AI file it is maybe 10% of the cam window.

I cannot find the right zoom level for the cam so that the imported graphics would fit the view 100%. Scaling the layer by hand just feels so inaccurate.

What am I doing wrong? What is the right procedure to import vectors right?

With vectors from Adobe Illustrator:
-Add anchor points before exporting.
I've set dimensions in Moho projects setting equal to AI paper size in pixels, yet when I import the AI file it is maybe 10% of the cam window.
-If the drawing in Adobe illustrator is 640 x 480, (Not the size of the paper in Illustrator - the size of the illustration), then make your project window in Moho 640 x 480 when you import. Make the size of your project the same size as your original vector illustration.
Then change size (down) in Moho project window as needed.

-Moho has problems with vectors imported from other programs. The lines and shapes are a bit better in the newest version (but you have to add anchor points) - colors are always off.
