It would be nice if you could have a tool that would allow a layer to be controlled by a bone or group layer even if it is no longer in that layers odder.

My prime example would be a hair layer that I want to move with a head bone group but be behind the body. I know there are ways to do this, one is sort by distance and another is to duplicate and use masking.
