lock one bone layer to another "parent"

in my charakter rigg i got the body and head in two separate bone layers.
butt in the body bone layer i want the the top bone be the parent of the head bone layer. so when i move the body bonelayer the head bone layer will follow. ive seen other use this but i cant pull it off myself.
I have read the help file but i cant find the answer.

Plz enlighten me

Your head bone layer must be inside your body bone layer, then you must bind the head layer to a single bone of the body bone layer.

HOW DO I BIND THE EYES WITH THE FACE WHEN I ALREADY HAVE THEM IN THEY'RE OWN VECTORS INA SWITCH FILE, FOR SOME REASON WHEN I WANT TO MOVE THE HEAD THE EYES DON'T FOLLOW NOR DOES THE MOUTH AND BROWS AND I HAVE THEM IN THEY'RE OWN VECTOR FILES ALSO WITH SWITCH LAYERS FOR ANIMATING EPRESSIONS AND TALKING, COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT, AND ALSO HOW DO I MAKE THE WHOLE CHARACTER TURN WITH LOCKED BONES IF YOU CAN HELP ME THAT WOULD BE NICE PLEASE, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT THORUOUGHLY

Bind the switch layer to a bone via Layer Binding.

(Please don't use capitals in bold for posting, it only hurts our eyes.)

... Oh, that's better.

Just to be clear, you need these layers to be withing the bone layer. Not just underneath in the Layers window. It has to be inside the bone layer, it will appear indented and when you contract the bone layer, the sub layers won't be shown.
