Different frame rates in the same scene

The ability to employ 2 or more different frame rates in the same scene would be a useful advancement.
For example, a bone layer containing a rigged character could be set to 5 fps.
The switch layer for that character's mouths could be set to 15 fps.
And the pan and zoom tools could be set to 30 fps.
Different frame rates? At the same time? Strange and awesome.
Strawesome!

With AS 6 you can import videos on any frame rate (there is a box on layer proprieties where you can write the actual frame rate). So at least you can render parts of your animation on different frame rates and compile them with AS. It's very useful.
