Apply velocity to keys at the same frame on all the layers

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a script which can apply the same interpolation mode (velocity) to all the existing keys of all the layers at the same frame.
e.g. that I could apply an ease out on all the existing keys which are at frame 0.
