Due to moving house, and having no internet for several months, it's taken a while to upload this:

I moved the first episode from Youtube to Vimeo as well, the amount of compression on Youtube seems to be getting worse.
On the second episode I tried adding some film grain to make it look a little less clean, more grungy. I probably won't add film grain to any more clips on the internet though as compressing them for the web adds lots of artefacts and strobing.

Very well done. I liked it.
Just one tiny thing that would it make grater:
When you do ahead turn try to insert an intermediate pose by slightly moving the head a bit down or just closing the eyes. IT would bring a lot of live to them! (trick stolen from Animator Survival Kit)

Thanks for commenting, I'm glad that people seem to like it.
The head turns are a little too mechanical, I'll work on adding a small dip or tilt of the head in future.
