Ok so just like the title sates i'm getting no sound when i play the file that i exported from Papagayo in Anime studio yet there is sound in Papagayo, if anyone could help me that would be great.

The file that Papagayo exports is just lip sync information, it's not an audio file. You also need to import the original audio file into Anime Studio.
