I searched the help file and the forum - seems like this may have been covered but can't find it. In fact I could have sworn I've done this but I took a poke at it on my lunch break and no go.

I uploaded a simple animated fish. Was using this to experiment with creating a somewhat realistic school of fish using particles. It seems like only one fish was playing back the animation?

Anyway if anyone can explain, or use this to demonstrate, it will be appreciated; RTDM (read the darn manual) is also acceptable if you don't mind telling me what page or tutorial.

If I put the fish in a particle layer, all the fish particles seem to animate, not just one. If you post the file where only one moves, I'll try to see why that's happening.

Be home in a couple of hours and send it up then if I can't sort it out -if you did it that means I goofed somewhere. Thanks.
