is there a site out there that has a complete set of tutorials. I mean everything, including how to every tool functions and stuff. I have done everything in the users manual, and have not gotten enough from it...

If you have a little money to spend, get Kelly Murdoch's book for roughly $27. I thought it was pretty good.

Instructor Mark Bremmer hangs out here and he VERY graciously offers to support the videos by answering questions that arise
If you're really serious, and stumped by the sheer quirkiness and the countless hidden secrets of this application, spring for both of them.
