jajja, is really cool,
how did you do the backgrounds and the school? illustrator? photoshop? AS ?
there going to be a 2nd episode? funny characters, you can see cartoons and check how they make the scenes...the rhythm ..
you have to be carefully and/or fix the pants of the other guy, when he walk, you can use point animation for fix those parts.
I'm a newbie so, that was my suggestion.....
I want to see moreeee, and I want to make my own cartoon too, jajjajja
