Papagayo used with Anime Studio?

I have had Anime studio for a while but I have just started using talking and lip sync-ing with my animations. I was told Papagayo would work with anime studio easier so I got it, but how do I use the two programs together? I mean, I can create in Papagayo but how do I bring that into Anime Studio?

Papagayo exports ".dat" files. You do the lip sync using Papagayo and then export a ".dat" file that contains the key frame and phoneme information. It's just a text file.
In Anime Studio, you create a switch layer that contains the required phonemes or mouth shapes with the exact layer names used by papagayo. You must create/draw those layers yourself. You could import pre done mouth switches from Papagayo or do them yourself. Either way, Papagayo does not "create" the mouth shapes, only the data file that tells AS which phoneme to use when.
You double click the switch layer and click on the "Swtich" tab. Click the source data button and choose the ".dat" file you created with Papagayo.
Most of this is covered in the AS help and tutorial files.

Okay thanx. I saw it in the tutorials but it didn't say much about using it with AS, just how to use the program by itself. What about bones? I have hit a snag that has never happened before. When I add a bone to something it doesn't move the object. I have tried to bind the bone to the object(which by the way is a leg) but it still wont move it.

Hi Guys, moved this from Bug reports (which it wasn't) to How do I... as it has a better chance of being seen and advice provided.

Not enough information. Without seeing the file I can only accept your "promise" that you did it correctly. Most people in this situation will insist they did everything right. Even I do this on a regular basis. I "think" I did it right only to find I missed a step somewhere.
I would suggest you carefully look at the whole process in the help for binding points or layers to bones in bone layers, try it again. It will work. There is no "bug" that I know of like this. I am 99% sure this is user error of some kind.
