Minor Request: Add Folder to Help

Not sure if this is doable via script but it would be nice to either be able to add an item to the Help menu -say I wanted to add links to Myles bone reference or the exe version of the help file I use; or maybe a better solution would be to have the menu link to a custom folder and anything in there is listed via the menu by going to
HELP>CUSTOM FOLDER NAME
Not an urgent item but for someone like me who is always looking up stuff I can use CutePDF to save local copies of tutorials and tips, name them like "Myles Bone Constraints" and then have that appear in my menu for quick reference.
