Looking good. I would add a little bob to the head so it doesn't look so stiff. Maybe even add a little sway to the shoulders. Little things like that make a big difference in how natural the walking looks.

her head doesn't show up because its a switch layer...i have a blink and eyes left and right.
here's my original design for her as well.

Thanks a lot for the show and tell (Screenshots) It kind of makes sense to me now - your underwater characterdesigns from the website rocks as well...:-) I have a few moho animations lying around but I ned a free webhosting space to post it...

dude, you have a very unique style. i really like that second dinosaur one with his little dance-walk! he seems SO happy when he waves. keep it up man, the more animation you do the more you learn and the better you become!
