Hey all,

I've noticed a few topics that seem to come up about once a month as new people join us. And while it would be cool if a search was done before posting, we all know that searching doesn't always bring up the answers we would like, and they need answers.

Here's some recurring topics I've observed that would be worth putting in the FAQ section that also don't appear (or aren't sufficiently explained) in the help files:

- Alpha channels, working with and rendering
- Mac OSX sluggishness or problems
- Resolution numbers (NTSC, PAL, DV, DVD, etc.) Just a list would probably suffice for starters
- Basic discussion on several of the most useful codecs (Uncompressed, Animation, PNG, Sorenson, DV)
- Flash FAQ
- 3D FAQ

This is just a short wishlist. Nothing to get worked up about as I'm sure LM has his hands full just addressing the normal everyday complaints, questions, and Moho advances. Perhaps resident "experts" could be "comissioned" (ie asked nicely) if they would write up an initial FAQ for submission and at least give LM a bit of a break by getting the ball rolling on some of these constantly repeating questions.

Any thoughts? Any other repeating questions that would make good FAQ's?

Of course, the big question is who has the time to put them together?

Ipad cases

Well the reolution topic is already being discussed somewhere in the forum. As an idea, I recon if someone took the infomation from that topic, made it alot more clearer and was bang on the money with explaining how to do this and that..... it would be pretty simple.... but not me... i don't understand resolution completly.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. The resolution issue is being discussed right now.... again.... for about the fifth time in less than 6 months. I would almost bet money that Alpha channels will come up again in about 1 month.

I think so far the info has been presented pretty well. It just needs to be collected and made into a FAQ.
