Wow. That is the busiest, most distracting background animation I've ever seen. Just trying to read text gave me a headache! It was like trying to read a newspaper in the middle of a disco...

not very good.
the 'stash' thing started with some promise, but degenerated rapidly.
the animation (what little there is of it) is too simplistic, and doesn't go with the music (tempo/beat doesn't go with the visual).
What was the concept behind this? I'm missing something (I hope)
The flashy background was painful. Hopefully you've got some subliminal hypnosis thing going on there.

this is just a sample of what i do so instead of telling me how bad it is tell me how to I can make it better

Your work is just very repetitive. In animation, repetition equals boredom. It's not ever a good idea to just 'fill time'. I hardly made it through the intro to 'Stash' because it just went on too long, not to mention the 'what did you say' gag also going on way too long.
The 'music video' was also rather repetitive. It is very obvious when a character is doing the exact same thing over and over (like the ape jumping on the robot too much). There at least should be some variety to the movement. Also, you should think about having 'cuts' to different scenes, or at least, do some camera movement. That long with a static background and camera is also boring.
Personally, I wouldn't call that a 'music video'. Tone down the music and add some dialog/sound effects and it may work.
On the plus side...
Halfway decent characters. But pay more attention to their construction. While moving they often look poorly built. Perhaps tweeking the point motion would help aleviate some of this.
p.s. To avoid comments on your page's background, you might post the link directly to your video gallery.

Well, I thought makaroni was funny.
My nephew was even repeating the lines, the next day.
Don't be disheartened, a good sense of humour is a great start.
