I only would improve the wings positions. The wings are static in the frame although the dragon body moves front and back. You can easily fix it just linking the wing folder to a bone of the main skeleton. it would do its own movement and also follow the body.
The rest is correct for a test, though.

the facial animation is hillarious :)
my advice would be dont fall into the trap of just animating bones for the sake of it (god knows I still fall into that trap) - the constant woozey rocking around makes him look drunk.

Good start though...

for what it's worth, I also liked the facial animation--quite expressive

I think having come so far, though, you could push it to another level if you animate the pupils so the eyes are moving around in their sockets

Once you chill slightly on the body animation, this will be great

(as a total aside, I'm interested in the premise here. The essential joke seems to be the dissonance between the idea of a mighty and dangerous beast--a dragon--and his actual size and personality, which would be better suited to the consumer of a Happy Meal(tm) down at the burger shack)

I like the overall look of the character. The lip sync was well done. I have to agree with a previous comment about the over animation of the body bones. At one point I thought, "Wow, is he drunk?"

Keep up the good work! Looking forward to more.
