Well, go to the Tutorial Files “5 - Animation”
and open the files “5.1 Lip sync 1” and "5.2 Lip sync 2”.

The text you’ll find in the “Anime Studio User’s Manual” under “Help”.

Cheers
Nolan

From your wording ("then i will post my doubts"), I read that you're a bit skeptical about the potential of Anime Studio. Let me go into that a bit.

Remember, that when you use a computer program to create character animation, instead of pencil and paper, you sacrifice some of your creative freedom, in favor of speed of production. You're depending on what the manufacturer provided as a tool set, and what their ideas were when they designed the character animation program.

Anime Studio's strong point is cut-out animation, and it's weak point is frame-by-frame animation (very hard to do, but not impossible). If you want full creative freedom in your 2D animation, you should look for another program (or even consider handdrawn animation).

Remember, though, that in commercial applications, the biggest restriction isn't creativity, but rather meeting deadlines. Any tool that can help you meet the deadlines, is useful. As long as you can convey your message clearly and have the skills to pull it off, it doesn't matter that you're using limited animation, the Anime Studio way.

I suggest that after you've looked into the basics of lip syncing in Anime Studio, you look into Papagayo, which makes a certain popular type of lip syncing (using phonemes) easier and faster.

Again, if you're after an imaginative, handdrawn look in your speech animation, Anime Studio will probably be more in the way than helpful. After all, Anime Studio is not the be all and end all of animation. It is just a tool to help you create a certain type of animation. There are other tools that are more suitable for other types of animation.

Rasheed,

It just may be a language barrier -- "then I will post my doubts" might well be translated as "and I will write if I have any problems".

I'd bet a dollar the poster isn't a native English speaker.

I guess you're right, although I'm sometimes surprised that native (English) speakers sometimes lack basic knowledge of grammar, as if it wasn't part of their education.

If I misunderstood, zeongamer, my bad!
