Shortcuts

1. A more robust system for creating shortcuts. I don't mind having to edit a text-file externally, but it would be great being able to include ALT, SHIFT, function keys and so on.
2. Allow for all menu's, functions, tools... to receive a shortcut eg. I would love to be able to toggle "Construction Curves" visibility with a key.
