I tried the free download and now have the full version but the program crashes EVERYTIME I try to export my animation. What compression for QT should I use that will export the file without crashing? I have a mac, 10.4.

thanks

I use Animation, and didn't have any problems so far. Of course, I use MPEG Streamclip (freeware for Mac and PC) to prepare my clips for YouTube (H.264), because the Animation codec produces much too large file sizes.

I don't use Tiger, though, but Leopard (10.5.2).

Weird. The QuickTime animation option should work fine.

Try a simple animation, like a red circle growing in size, only 24 frames in length or so, and export it. Does it work now?

I also use Mac 10.4, by the way, and it works for me.

Are you using AS Pro 5.5 or 5.6?
