i think you need to post your work up on
the web somewhere and then refer to it
in your post

no it's having trouble with ANY word I write. I have posted the images on one of the other threads I posted :(

-- Moderator note --------------------------------
I have corrected the image display problem
and dumped one of the duplicated posts -
phpBB2 can get grumpy with inline code.

I have posted a guide below.

The image display problem is caused by the php?= reference - phpBB2 isn't smart enough to recognize a script call.

eg: Image

the pagename.php?image=imagename is actually a browser instruction to pagename.php to show the image roaro6.png.

however, if you right click on the image in Imageshack, then 'copy image location' and use that reference, it works.

so the above call becomes http://img379.imageshack.us/img379/8316/roarho6.png

or with the {img}http://img379.imageshack.us/img379/8316 ... 6.png{/img} (using the [ ] brackets)

shows

Hope that helps.

I am moving this to the "Share your work" section of the forum. I think it is more appropriate there.

You didn't do anything wrong. It's not a problem. Just makes sense to keep the topics organized.
