Another OFFSET MotionBlur-Shadow Layer BUG

Sorry LM for post it in this way, but I have not internet site... Well, If you render this you'll see that the Motion Blur Effect is OFFSET and the time render is too much long, it's similar to another old bugs, those of when the Layer Shadow/Shading Effect bug was resolved... Seems that it only occurs when the vector layer is NOT inside a group and coincide Motion Blur and layer Shadow Effect, well, I'm not entirety sure... The bug is not a problem (for me at least) but well, I send you it for if can help you... BYE!
