Great tool secrets!!

These may not be a secret but they aren't mentioned in the on line manual. And. I haven't seen much about them on this forum except back in 2005.
Some of the new b's may not be aware of the power of the rotation tool and its ability to rotate a selected group of vector points. Or perhaps a reminder to some of others. It is not a documented feature in the help files. So here is an example of what it does. If you're a Flash user this may be a good transition tool to use for your animations. Especially if you have trouble getting used to using "BONES"

[Example HERE]

Another tool I find useful for those who like vector handles, is the curve tool. Select the curve tool, click on a point and click and drag away from the high lighted vector point.

Example HERE
It's kind of like a vector handle in an odd sort of way.

That rotate points tool is actually Fazek's modified version that is part of his set of replacement tools. It isn't part of the standard installation of Anime Studio so it wouldn't be mentioned in the manual.

Congratulations for your re-discovery!

Don't want to annoy you but rotating points would produce an undesired scale effect if the rotation is so big (bigger than 20 DEG) or it is done so slow. I mean create a rotation animation based on rotation points. To avoid distortions in the middle of the rotation use bones ;)
