I think this script is talking about Breinmeester very helpful to the work. such features would enhance the possibilities of animation

Hey Shade!
I got the workflow up and running using a work around. For my lipsync I now use actions that Ive named after the phonemes I use and in which I've set the multiple switch layers to the according sublayers. Next Ive created custom buttons that set the actions for me and I created an indicator which says what the current mouthshape in use is. It works like a charm because lipsync has become as easy as pushing a button, which makes it faster than using a single switch layer.
The difficulcy is you'd have to find a way to delete actions and to make changes easy. I've created a 'delete' action for that (see the Blendactions thread) and I'm still working on a 'rebake' script to make editng your animation easy. I'll post some stuff when Im done.
