thanks, funksmaname. That walk was very fun to do. One exercise on Nancy Beiman's Animated Performance book was to make a drunk walk. I didn't try it when read the book, but now I know it's a fantastic exercise, because you have to remember the basics of walkcycles and make it all wrong (in some way).

Thanks, GCharb. Yes it was made using blend morph. Anyway, I always start making the animation in mainline, once I get what I want, I make an action for each keyframe of the turn.

Right now I'm working in an animation about police and horse workers. The animation is a conversation between this two horses about how all this education problem could be easily solved calling to a plebiscite. I have anything rigged and now I'm working on the script. In the making I finally assimilated how horses walk

LOL, Great walk on the horses, I also had problem with those at first, then I figured it is almost like two peoples walking but opposite!

btw, and I might be wrong, but the reflection on the helmet of the back guy might look better reversed? (up when his head is down and down when his head is up)... just an idea it shouldn't probably move much, since the light direction isn't moving? but what do i know

Well, I haven't read many many books about animation, but for me the basic, of course, is the Animator's survival kit, it's great and I always go back to it when I have doubt. After that book, Character animation crash course is a great complement of that one. It's a refreshing book.

Nancy Beiman's is a really fantastic book, but it must be read after the other two, in my opinion. It's less technical, much more dedicated to the acting, so it assume you know the basics. Knowing that, I really recommend it, it's my favorite in some way.
