After several months away from Anime Studio I thought I'd give a crack at it again. I understand it a little better now and will try to keep at it.
So here's a mug of beer with a foamy head. I'm just playing around with points and key frames at the moment and haven't really tried animating with bones yet. Oh I also took a crack at particles too, they did a pretty good job for the carbonation bubbles. I'm going to do a few more animations this way with out bones for a bit to get a better grasp of AS. I did find AS's drawing tools frustrating and think I'll try importing some Illustrator file for my next animation.

Re: Mug of beer!
I watched your vids you posted 5 months ago, AS did what it was designed to do. Of course if you move a point to a line its going to snap to it unless you uncheck auto weld. I think that's covered in one of the 1st tutorials SM provides. Please do the tutorials before getting "frustrated"betamax wrote:After several months away from Anime Studio I thought I'd give a crack at it again. NE ways, nice beer mug, It reminded me to get a refill as I was dry

LOL I hear ya (it can be frustrating), AS is actually good software. This forum has put up with me for 8 months now and they actually go out of their way to help and explain the same things over and over. When I looked at your vid. about the distortion I knew exactly how you felt as I to got frustrated. But after a few months of watching youtube and forum videos made with AS I "get it now" a lot of the lingo they use makes since now.betamax wrote:I do the tutorials and then I get frustrated.
