I just want to be able to flip my head bone without the vectors being messes up (see gif). With some rigs it worked without problems but this time it doesn't and i'd really like to know a way how to get a clean head flip.

If you must use Bezier points, try enabling Fixed Handles switch (or disabling; I'm not sure which works better for this.) Also, be sure to keyframe the curvature and handles. This should give Moho the data it needs to flip the shape accurately.
If that doesn't work, try converting Bezier to regular Moho points. Regular Moho points are more reliable in situations like this. To reset a Bezier point to a regular Moho point, select the points you want to convert and press Ctrl-M (this invokes the Smooth command.) This will probably change the curve, and to get the same curves, you may need to add points and adjust the curvature using the Curvature tool.
After resetting the Bezier points to regular Moho points, do not click on a Bezier handle as this will re-convert the regular points to Bezier. Instead, to adjust the curvature with the Curvature tool, click and drag L/R over the point. Also, I suggest disabling Show Bezier Handles so Bezier mode doesn't get accidentally activated.
I used to recommend against using Bezier points for deforming artwork, but nowadays I feel they work okay if you follow the above guidelines. When Bezier points don't work for what I need, I just fall back to using regular Moho points.
Bezier points are always fine for non-deforming art.
