I've been using Moho since v5 and usually do my lip sync manually.
I'm currently still on Moho Pro 12.5 but I see that 13.5 Pro touts improved automated lip sync.
So, what's the deal – is the internal lip sync functionality that much improved, or are people relying on Papagayo... or just doing it manually? What's the best value for time spent and results? Is 13.5 that much improved in this area?
Internal Lip Sync, Papagayo, or manual?

Re: Internal Lip Sync, Papagayo, or manual?
Short answer - no.
Which method you use highly depends on your style of animation.
Very cartoony with exaggerated poses, old-style: Papagayo plus additional mouth shapes.
Kind of realistic, anime-style: automatic, with some tweaking.
You will always need to correct manually.

Thanks for that.
I haven't "finalized" style on my latest projects... just making and publishing... and then refining for the next one.
Presently, they look like what I posted here:
