Bounded bones are not moving with the shape

I have bounded all bones to some points of my shape,
for example you can see here the red points the bone in the middle is bound to:



But if my shape moves the bones don't move with it:



So why aren't the bones moving with the shape and how can I fix this?

Bones don't move with shapes, shapes move with bones.

for moving whole shapes and bones together to a new position :
1. Click on the Bone Layer That you Want to move in the Layers.
2. in the toolbar > Bones Select Transform Bone Tool.
3. on the keyboard Press ctrl+A to select all bones.
4. now with mouse You can move the Bones and shapes together to the new position.

for animating the Shapes:
1. Click on the Bone Layer That you Want to move in the Layers.
2. in the toolbar > Bones Select Manipulate Bones Tool.
3. now with mouse You can animate the bones you want.
