Does anyone know how the Dragon Matrix plugin works?

There's a plugin for Anime Studio by Yang Shi called Dragon Matrix, it looks really cool, looks like it my head movement easier.

But does anyone know exactly how it works and how to set it up for a newly built character? I really want to use the plugin as it makes things easier.

I've watched Yang Shi's and while amazing they don't tell me what I want to know about the plugin. If anyone can shed some light please let me know. I have the plugin installed and I have no idea how to use it or set it up for a new character.
