Now because AS is using Black and blue in its last logo I think this is the best combination. I don't like when colours are very black or very dark... so I use some gentle grey. Similar as Photoshop UI.
Here looks like darker... but if you download the pics and open them in photoshop looks better.
Your Anime Studio will look more professional.
To change the colours use some imagen edition software as Photoshop to copy the color codes and then go to AS preferences and paste them.
If the toolbar doesn't change the colour... close and open it again in Windows/tools. Some colours don't change until closing Anime Studio and opening it again.
