I want to select every individual bone via manipulator tool, placing a key frame on the timeline, without having to select each bone one by one. Help me save time, what's the shortcut?

I'm not sure what you question was, but if you want to add key-frames to all the bones at once the shortcut is "Ctrl + F"

I'm not sure what you question was, but if you want to add key-frames to all the bones at once the shortcut is "Ctrl + F"

Ctrl+F is very useful (and it also works for translation and scale if you have animated that channels before). Anyway, another tip: you can also double click over the channel in the timeline and that will create a keyframe. If you do it in the gray line, all the bones will be keyed. If you do it in the red line, only the selected ones will be keyed.
