From Anime Studio to PShop

I'm trying to get my Anime Studio files into Photoshop in there own layers. Everytime i export into PShop is saved as one layer instead of indivisual layers. I tried saving them as PNG's And PSD's. It was working a while back.

If you want to have layers rendered separately, you definitely need to switch off visibility of everything else. This way you can render one layer at a time, to recombine them into PS.

Saving to PSD with layers works with TOP layers only. If you only have one top level group layer than you will only get one PSD layer. In order to save out multiple layers you need to drag out the layers from the top group layer and export that. This feature hasn't changed in v9. It was always like this.
