Will AS9 will still support 32bit OS or not?

Yes, Anime Studio Pro 9 is both a 32bit and a 64bit application. On Mac it appears to the user as a single application and the operating system will launch the proper version when you start the app. On Windows, if you have a 32bit OS then only the 32bit version will be installed. If you have 64bit Windows, then both versions will be installed and both will appear in your Start menu.
