This is the kind of work that pays my rent. A bunch of screenshots, then all animated in AS. In the HD version you can read all texts, which the client insisted on.
I used to do this kind of work in Flash, but it's faster to do in AS, and, if you follow some rules, as exact. Drawback is the slightly blurred output of everything. To minimize that, see viewtopic.php?t=21178.

Screen recording is convenient and fast, but leaves not much room for later improvement or tweaking. Doing the same in AS has certain advantages:
- timing can be changed (I had to adjust for different voice over text length in 2 languages)
- I can zoom into important details
- or highlight these in any other way (colouring, but my favourite still is to use a white 60% mask over everything else)
- get rid of everything unimportant (task bars or other system menus)

I think AS is very powerful, I have found it useful for all kinds of different projects. Very clean presentation by the way. Love all your pieces, If I ever become a big CEO I will come to you first! Do you get a lot of more creative requests? Business guys tend to be very non creative types, but I guess that's why they call it Business, right? Thanks for sharing, I like to see all the different kinds of projects Artists have.slowtiger wrote:Screen recording is convenient and fast, but leaves not much room for later improvement or tweaking.
