Looks like bad scaling!
What resolution is your monitor?
Do You have latest video drivers installed?

I wanna thank you GCharb and sbtamu, its good to know only my computer get fizzy pictures and not yours. i dont care about if i get, i only care if the other get good animation movie to watch
