Hi, I made this based on a pig from eric goldberg's "Character animation crash course" book. The head turn is made with blend morph. You can download the anme file (v8.1) here:

Hehe, no, I didn't create the front view. It's just the transition between right and left. After making the two actions blend morph (normal and "reflected") I didn't animate anything by hand. All is done with blend morph.neeters_guy wrote: Great tracing and morph, especially the front view, which you created, right? As you know, in actual practice, the movement would be an arc, rather than linear.
Thanks for the observation. This can easily fixed moving some points in the inbetween. I used this pig to teach some people how to draw in AS and how to make a head turn using blend morph. To keep things simple I didn't animate anything but the blend morph actions (well, I actually moved the layer order keys by hand, but that's all).jahnocli wrote:His left ear snaps back a little at the end, though...(picky, huh?)
