At least you know how to handle a good 3D software. I plan on learning Blender one of these days.

Any bitmap software can help you to prepare the images of your characters, export them as png images and them import them in Moho. I personally use Clip Studio Paint for that and this is the result i got in my Predator Motion Comic.
