Re: Conditional Bones

Thank you so much for your reply! I guess that answer has been inside me since the first week I kept trying and failing over and over again. I had to pass the rigs to someone else for animation, and I wanted to hand them over perfectly without any issues. Thank you very much; I think my problem is j...

Re: Conditional Bones

Or maybe a way to solve problems like this one? What do you do when you come across a situation like this, do you solve it directly in animation or can you fix the rig to make the animation easier afterwards?

Thank you!

Conditional Bones

Hello! How are you all? I have a question that's been driving me crazy, and I can't seem to solve it. I'm even thinking about giving up and pursuing something else. I have a rig for a character, and I need to define the legs and the waist. The problem is, in that area, I have two bones that individu...

Re: Moho Discord channel?

but sharing images, screencaps and WIP is so immediate and if things get complicated... then you can go live. I'm not much of an expert at using it but I think it has a lot of potential. It's a good initiative and a great idea. But for a forum like this, wouldn't something like Telegram be better? ...

Re: Rigging Question

After many attempts and being unable to rig the leg again, I had to resort to using "Reset All Bone Rigging" 😢, which caused me to lose all the rigging. It's not that this rigging was particularly difficult, but it got me thinking about what would happen if it were an advanced rig. Isn't ...

Re: Rigging Question

Hello! How are you? Thank you for your time. I encountered something curious while rigging a character. I added a "Smooth Joint" to the leg, and then I rigged the foot using points. The thing is, I made a small modification to the foot and had to detach some points to make them part of the...

Hope this helps.

Re: Props that have to be in front and behind at the same time.

Thank you very much for the answer! I'm sorry I couldn't come before, but I've had a busy week.

I have a character in front view with a stethoscope, and the stethoscope has to be in front of the character and behind her at the same time. One part behind the neck, and other in front the body (but changing the position throught ani...

Re: Perfect Rig... (From illustration)

Thank you very much for your answer and all your help!! I saw your reel and you are amazing! :D The only thing I can think when I look to your works is all the way that I have in front of me to reach that level of knowledge on animation, riging and design. It's a pain that I was started with this a ...

Re: Bind the same layer to two different bones

Thank you all for your answers!! Victor had a thread the other day that might be applicable to your dilemma: https://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=35405 This uses two bones and allows the layer to tilt on two different axis. One tilt bone is parented to another. So Bone A produces effect ...
