Re: First Cartoon (Science Related)
nice work with interesting story. I just find a bit strange the difference of graphic style between professor and pupils. But, why not. Thank you for the compliment. The children, as well as the bus and exterior of the school were purchased from Smith Micro (the "Anime Studio School Days Conte...

First Cartoon (Science Related)
I am new to cartoon animation, and I am far from being a good animator. So, here is my first project; it might make Pixar puke, but it's the best I can do (for now). I am trying to create an animated series featuring science related toys for http://www.sciencetoy.org/ I owe a special thank you, to V...

Practical way to draw guide lines
I am using Anime Studio Pro 10, and trying to draw useable guide lines (on a separate vector layer) to help me draw a character turn around. I am drawing a straight line (using the add points tool and holding down shift), then selecting the points and clicking create shape. This provides a straight ...

Re: Moho/Render robot rig (how rig works)
Hello Victor Thank you for your help; it's always nice to talk to the Creator. I did not know that animated layer ordering could happen inside of an action controlled by a smart bone. After you told me this I was able to go inside the action and copy the keyframe 48 (where the action occurs) and mov...

Moho/Render robot rig (how rig works)
The Anime Studio library has a really cool robot with an impessive rig that I can not figure out. Moving the body smart bone (circled below) does a body turn (as expected) but also moves the left and right arms either behind or in front of the body (see arrows below). How is this done? I can not fin...
