I can't replicate that here using Moho 14. Maybe you did it in the wrong order? In Moho you can't divide a shape into two. I think Moho Virgen 13.5.3 has a problem cos I can't scale pin Bone by clicking Ctrl + L_mouse
instead of scaling the bone, it moves with the mouse mark.

there is another issue with the "Freehand tool" it drops a lot of points like the old vergin of anime studio 9 , 10 & 11. It has been fixed on Moho 12 but the problem is back again in Moho 13.5
