I considered getting something like fruity loops and making music but I think it would probably take me just as long as making the cartoon itself

Does anyone know a good place to get cheap royalty free cartoon music. The only decent place I have found is www.sounddogs.com but it's not exactly cheap.

Hi guys, I am making a cartoon movie for NTSC. Should I animate the movie at 24 fps or 30fps ? If I animate it at 24 fps ... will it play faster and speed up all the sounds when converted to NTSC which plays at 29.97? Hi, I need to create a cartoon for a NTSC 720 X 486 resolution. Is it best to setup a project in MOHO with that resolution or a different resolution and then resample the video to 720 X 486. If I do use this resolution, will I then be able to output the cartoon at 720 X 576 resolution (for example)....
