The surface pro 4 is expected to be announced this october and is rumored to come with a 14 in screen, better stylus, latest skylake processors and full windows of course... you should wait a bit more to see what microsoft has to offer.

I wish anime studio 11 was out already.

Toon booms looks better and better with each release, to be honest I might consider switching over to toon boom or even tvpaint depending on how good the new release of anime studio is.

You can find some really good prices on ebay or amazon, but I have never try it though.
