Cool! Glad you got it working for you.
Baking is a valid technique for locking in the animation, but I'd save that for last because it can be a pain to edit later if you need to revisit it. It's more typical to use the technique for dynamics and physics simulations.

Re: Application for story writing
Thanks for the tip, Panha! Storytelling is always challenging to me, and I love tools that help me break things down visually. I'll check it out! 😺 I have Final Draft as well, but it's an older version. These days, I just use Google Docs to write my tutorial VO and animated shorts scripts. I miss us...

Re: Reverse keys (beyond alt+drag)
Thanks for looking into this, Paul!
I still want to revisit this, but no time for it yet.

Re: Reverse keys (beyond alt+drag)
BTW, I wondered if the Rescale Keyframes... command could be used like the Reverse Keyframes tool mentioned above, but it made a mess when I tried to invert a frame range. I didn't spend any more time with this, but I'm guessing it's not meant to be used this way. (Maybe I'll look at it again later.)

Re: Reverse keys (beyond alt+drag)
Some thoughts... Reversing playback by inverting the keys works well with regular Smooth and Linear keys, but the nature of Step keys is always going to be at issue because, even though the sequence of the keys can be reversed, the interpolation mode always affects the right-side of the key (unless ...

Re: Control soft edge blur size with width tool
One lagging situation from a long, long time ago (an early version 10, I think,) was that Moho could bog down when the Enable Bone Dynamics option was active. This should not be a problem in Moho 14.4, but try it just in case.

Re: Control soft edge blur size with width tool
Allow Frame Skipping is another option to consider. I often have this on, and I usually still see reasonably accurate playback in my projects (of actual production animation, not just the simple demo anims seen in my tutorials.) When I need to be sure, I'll use the Preview Animation command for rea...

Re: Control soft edge blur size with width tool
The only problem I have with masking is that my computer lags soooooo much when I use even the simplest of masking and gpu caching, and I have a good computer meant for blender (Though it is windows 11...), If I could fix the masking problem... I'm not sure I've ever seen a lag caused by masking. C...

One last set of examples: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/k8ur7qlxaf8fa4xqqlv1b/Examples_sml.jpg?rlkey=5t1scltryw0w0vg99qaywu41e&raw=1 The two upper circles use the Soft Edge Effect, and the only difference between them is that I've changed the Stroke Width. The Soft Edge is applied to only the S...

Re: Control soft edge blur size with width tool
Hi trufflefluffle! Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but there are currently several ways to blur images and edges to create the Klaus-look you mention. These features are also keyframeable. In Layer Settings for Vector, Image, and Group layers, there is Blur Edges . This property blurs the entire layer. ...

Re: Moho 14.4 crashes whenever I want to use the Guideline-Tool
Another tip: Because space in the Tools Window is limited by screen size, I'll sometimes make additional Custom Content folders for special situations where I need a different tool set. When I want to use any of these 'special' sets, I can choose them using the Choose... command.
Hope this helps.

Re: Moho 14.4 crashes whenever I want to use the Guideline-Tool
Rename your current Custom Content folder; for now, call it Moho 14 OLD. Make an empty folder next to it and call it Moho 14 . Then make a second folder at the same level and call it Moho 14 Custom. When you launch Moho, it will ask you to Choose a content folder. Instead of choosing the renamed fol...
