Re: El Monstero: Pink Floyd Tribute Concert

That 360° smart bone upgrade in the latest update is a huge time saver. That's what I used to turn the cupola.
Also the show has been around long enough now that the long time fans are bringing their kids along too. So keeping it kid friendly was a pretty big time saver too lol.

El Monstero: Pink Floyd Tribute Concert

If you're from the St. Louis/Midwest area you may have heard of El Monstero, an annual series of Pink Floyd tribute concerts that's been around for 25 or 26 years. I've done several cartoons for their shows and it's a total blast, the only downside is there's always a super short window to put somet...

HUGE time saver. Here's a rig I'm working on now, the smart bone is turning the back of the UFO cockpit dome 360°. The idea is that the alien will be able to change the UFO's direction just by leaning that way... Probably my favorite update since the smart bones

Well.... that is some incredibly amazing timing... It works perfectly outta the box ...

Of course now I'll spend the rest of the day wondering what would have happened if I would have wished for a winning lottery ticket instead

As usual... Thanks again Wes.

With Actions, is there a way to keep a bone's rotation between 0° and 360°?

Is there a way to create Actions and keep a bone's rotation between 0° and 360°? I guess the best example would be to think of it like a clock that you can continue to wind starting at 0° but instead of the bone's rotation going above 361° when it comes back around (where it loses it's connection wi...

How would you make a make a marionette on strings?

Hey Strangers... I'm working on a project that is going to have a bunch of marionette style rigs. Any ideas on how to make it work like an actual puppet on strings. I usually use a main bone sticking out of the back of my characters to move them around but since this guy is just a head his main bone...

Re: Can we change the Cut Keyboard shortcut to Delete in Moho??

Thanks Wes.

I was looking at a programmable keypad, the prices on those are coming down. Huion has one for $55 now that looks pretty good.

Re: Can we change the Cut Keyboard shortcut to Delete in Moho??

Do a quick experiment, (this looks to be the same whether Classic Points Editing is active or not). I'm not sure what this proves but... Create a square and try to Cut 1 point. You can't cut 1 point, but you can Cut 2, but they have to be connected. Create a square then split the points so you have ...

Can we change the Cut Keyboard shortcut to Delete in Moho??

Specifically for the drawing phase, it would be cool to make Control+X Delete points instead of just Cut them. With all our main shortcuts right in that area of the board it would be quicker, because we usually have the mouse or a pen in the right hand. Honestly after all these years with Moho and A...

Re: Where are some good places to find people to collaborate with online? Voice Actors, Script Writers etc...

Yeah I typically ask, or draft, musician friends into helping with voices because lots of them have their own home recording equipment and we can swap files online. Those have been fun. I live in a pretty small town but there is a community college here that has a theatre group. Maybe a couple peopl...

Where are some good places to find people to collaborate with online? Voice Actors, Script Writers etc...

Where are some good places to go online to find people interested in collaborating on making cartoons just for fun? I'm always reluctant to ask anybody to work for free, but as far as making cartoons goes, I'm more like the guy in the garage looking for a bass player to come over and have a few beer...

Re: Fatal error occurred loading the application

This is fairly technical, but it is fixable, here's the current fix: The problem lies in the program data folder, to fix it, you're gonna have to go into "C:\ProgramData" and delete the whole "Smith Micro" folder, or, you can delete "Moho" "Moho Debut" and &q...

Re: How do you streamline your keyboard shortcuts?

That's what I was afraid of. They need to form something like a U.N. of software developers and then make them all sit in a room with donuts and coffee until they figure it out. I couldn't find anything in search but I thought someone here had actually worked something out a long time ago. It was li...
