you can set the "noisy" options in multiple layers at a time -- I've just had a quick try with a file with many groups each with many vectors - with all layers (including groups) selected - as long as the active layer is a vector, whatever you put in the Vector / Noise settings tab in laye...

couple of thoughts here:

sometimes fewer points - (meaning points not very close to each other) - works better;

or, if that's really not an option, using point animation (outside a smart bone action) to sort out what the bones won't do for you is not against any laws! ;-)

Ok, I made a completeley new ccfolder, with latest versions of all the scripts. Now there is no errormessages. After writing the messages here i got them also from another script. so definiteley something was wrong with my setup. Its the first ccfolder i used when starting with moho about 2-3 years...

The Clear Animation menu item doesn't seem to come as a Lua file (meaning it isn't there to be modified, and so the menu item will still be there even if a new tool is created) - but it should be possible to script what you want - i.e. if the layer is locked, then the replacement tool can check this...
